Dear J.,
It's been a while.....too long I think. I've got so much going on. The building has gone up on the property and is almost finished. We've closed out our storage down the road and everything is in its new home. I'm making plans to go home to Indiana to be with my dad on the first anniversary of my mom's death. FYE at work has come and gone. I've decided to go back to selling Avon and their new line called mark. I'm still going to physical therapy and things there are improving greatly but I still have some concerns. I found out our general practitioner died in August.....THAT was worth noting. A friend of Rikki's was involved in a serious accident and was in ICU for almost a week. I am still missing my old truck. I love my new truck though. Gas prices have risen and fallen and look to rise again as Hurricane Wilma sets sights on the mainland. That's alot of stuff. We're officially in the new FYE at work and the new processes have taken over and we have already hit a rough patch which we have failed to resolve yet. I'm running out of time. I need to work and cannot.
I started studying the Old Testament and that is proving very interesting. It answers questions but doesn't answer as many questions as it creates. Thank the Lord I have a pastor who is patient and very learned in God's word. As well, a wonderful Associate Pastor who also doesn't mind lending his knowledge and time to answer my questions and guide me if necessary.
Rikki's grades are up. She's driving me nuts with her lack of respect for my things though. Seems like the child has built in radar when it comes to what I'm going to use next. She promptly picks it up and removes it from its home. When I go to reach for it, it is nowhere to be found. It's happening everywhere. With eyebrow tweezers to razors in the shower, and let me tell you J., there is nothing like being all soaped up and wet and reaching for a razor that isn't there. Even the food that I eat (weightwatcher stuff) has come up missing!
I've made some progress on painting the bathroom as well. What a busy month. I've been working on my computer. I've upgraded the RAM and bought a flat screen monitor. I've straightened up the office in anticpation of all the Avon/mark products and things that are coming in. I'm still working on organizing so that it is effective to my work style but everything is a work in progress.
I will write more later but wanted to touch base and let you know I'm still here. Very busy but still here. I would like to address that going home issue soon....talk to you soon J.
